For tank inlet and outlet applications, the Unique mixproof tank outlet (TO) valve offers full drainability and provides cleanability all the way up to the tank without any risk of cross-contamination.

It also features no adjustable components, a maintenance-friendly actuator and built-in leakage detection on all seals. Unique mixproof valves meet most hygienic standards and can be supplied with the optional SpiralClean cleaning system.

Sistema SpiralClean
Alfa Laval ofrece su sistema CIP de conexión externa "SpiralClean". Este sistema garantiza un funcionamiento higiénico en aplicaciones exigentes en las que la limpieza del Unique Mixproof mediante la función de elevación y empuje del asiento no es suficiente. El sistema SpiralClean puede añadirse para limpiar los tapones superior e inferior y para enjuagar la cámara de fugas de la válvula. Utilizando menos líquido de limpieza, servicios y tiempo, SpiralClean limpia de forma más exhaustiva y eficiente que los dispositivos CIP convencionales conectados externamente.
